As you drive down the gravel path to the Carriage House, you will pass by Aspens, Blue Spruce, and Lodgepole Pines, all while taking in the crisp mountain air. This is just the beginning of what makes the Carriage House and Farmhouse so special. The front deck overlooks the beautiful mountains, and the lovely community lake is just up the hill. At night, you can enjoy a stunning display of stars and the peacefulness of the High Country.
As you can see in the pictures, the kitchen is spacious with electric The Carriage Houe has a full stove top and oven, a full size refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. You have all the utensils, plates and storage to make any meal you wish. There is a pellet grill on the deck with four chairs and fire-pit.
The Carriage House is connected by a breezeway to the Farmhouse (which is a separate rental). There is no access to the breezeway from either house and is used for owner storage. See photos
At the Carriage House you full have access to the one bedroom, kitchen and living room.
The Dory Lakes Neighborhood features dirt roads, so we strongly recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle, especially during the winter months. Our quiet hours are from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., which is the perfect time to relax by the fire pit, enjoy the stars, and savor a warm dinner prepared in the fully stocked kitchen.
Please refrain from playing loud music on the lake or at the house.
Unfortunately, being on a ranch, we do not allow domestic pets as Because we have livestock on the ranch, we do not allow pets as they can be a risk to livestock.

No Fires, except for fire pits on decks.
Parking available for two vehicles.
